Live From LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Live From LLC (“Live From Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, use our messaging platforms (including Live GOP), or otherwise interact with our services.

This policy applies to livefrom.network, livegop.network, and related products, admin tools, APIs, and short-link services we operate (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Who we are

Live From LLC is a Virginia limited liability company. We build multi-tenant messaging infrastructure and platforms for SMS, WhatsApp, and related communications.

Privacy and legal questions: legal@livefrom.network. General support: team@livefrom.network (English) / equipo@livefrom.network (Spanish).

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account and profile data: name, email address, organization/workspace name, role, authentication credentials, and account settings.
  • Customer content: message drafts and content, recipient lists, phone numbers, audience segments, campaign metadata, templates, and related workspace data that you or your organization upload or generate.
  • Messaging metadata: delivery status, timestamps, carrier responses, opt-out events, conversation logs necessary to operate channels such as SMS and WhatsApp, and short-link click data when used.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies and essential preferences needed to keep you signed in, secure the Services, and understand product usage.
  • Communications with us: emails, support requests, and other messages you send to our team.

If you use our platforms as an organization (for example as a workspace admin or operator), you may submit information about end recipients and contacts. In that case, your organization is typically the controller of that data, and we process it to provide the Services.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users, manage workspaces, and enforce access controls.
  • Send and deliver messaging campaigns and conversations on your behalf through connected channels (such as SMS and WhatsApp).
  • Honor consent, STOP/opt-out, and similar messaging preferences where required.
  • Monitor abuse, fraud, spam, and violations of our Terms of Service or carrier/platform rules.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect our rights and users.
  • Send service-related notices (for example security alerts, billing, or material product changes). Marketing emails, if any, are sent only with appropriate consent and include an unsubscribe option.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us host, store, authenticate, analyze, or deliver the Services (for example cloud hosting, databases, authentication, messaging carriers/APIs, and email infrastructure).
  • Messaging channel providers and carriers needed to send SMS, WhatsApp, or other communications you initiate.
  • Your organization and authorized workspace users, according to roles and permissions you configure.
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations when needed.
  • Authorities or others when required by law, to protect safety, or to enforce our agreements.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

6. Messaging, consent, and opt-outs

Our Services help organizations send messages. Customers are responsible for obtaining required consents, providing required disclosures, and complying with applicable messaging laws (including TCPA and similar rules), carrier guidelines, and WhatsApp/Meta policies.

Where the Services support opt-out handling (for example STOP), we process related signals to help suppress further messaging as configured. End recipients who believe they received messages in error should contact the sending organization and may also contact us at the addresses below.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal/accounting/reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and customer configuration. You may request deletion subject to legal and operational limits.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transport where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws than your own.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a denial of a request. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA (including rights to know, delete, and correct, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined by law — we do not sell personal information).

To exercise rights, email legal@livefrom.network. We may need to verify your identity and the nature of your request. If we process data on behalf of a customer organization, we may direct you to that organization as the primary controller.

11. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

12. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and basic preferences. We may use limited analytics to understand how the marketing site and products are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

13. Third-party sites and channels

The Services may link to third-party sites or integrate with third-party messaging channels. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices outside our control.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where additional consent is required by law.
